russian forces have established a reconnaissance drone production facility in temporarily occupied Luhansk, according to a report from the Atesh movement.

"One of our agents conducted long-term surveillance of the Luhansk Aviation Repair Plant," Atesh representatives stated. "This enterprise specializes in servicing aviation equipment, including the repair of helicopter engines such as the TV2-117 and TV3-117, as well as main helicopter gearboxes."

According to Atesh, the plant’s territory now hosts not only aircraft maintenance operations but also a production line and testing ground for reconnaissance drones. A training center for drone operators has been set up inside one of the workshops.

"We studied the facility’s layout, security measures, and working hours, and collected information on employees and their vehicles," Atesh reported. "We remind everyone that this plant is a legitimate military target, and its staff are complicit in prolonging this bloody war."

Earlier, Defense Express reported that russia took a year to mass-produce Ukrainian-style anti-aircraft drones.

We also covered Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence report stating that the so-called "Mini-Shahed" is capable of hitting moving targets — but that is not its most dangerous feature.
