The fighters of the so-called "private" military campaign "Wagner" have begun training the belarusian territorial defense forces, according to the belarusian defense department.

In terms of firearms, the belarusian territorial defense has a fairly standard set of weapons, including TT pistols, Kalashnikov rifles (AK-74), RPK and PKM machine guns. Additionally, the Belarusian territorial defense forces have the RPG-7 handheld anti-tank grenade launchers.
To destroy armored vehicles, the belarusian territorial defense has the 9K115 "Metis" anti-tank missile system, the range of which in the basic version is up to 1 km. As well as the SPG-9 "Kopye" recoilless anti-tank grenade launcher, with a firing range of 1.3 km - with an anti-tank grenade, and 4.5 km - with an anti-personnel grenade.
The artillery component is represented by the MT-12 "Rapira" 100mm anti-tank guns, which the belarusian territorial defense recently started receiving. Practical shooting exercises with these guns were first conducted in August 2022. They also possess the 82mm mortars 2B9 "Vasilek."
To provide their air defense, the belarusian territorial defense troops possesse the ZPU-4 14.5mm anti-aircraft machine gun. Its range of targets in the air is up to 1.5 km. But, probably, it will be used primarily to destroy ground targets - lightly armored vehicles and manpower of the enemy.
There are no armored vehicles in the asset of the territorial defense of belarus. At the same time, they use both cars and watercraft, in particular boats, to move.
As Defense Express reported, belarus had 18 drone makers but still bought three SuperCam UAVs from russia for one million dollars.
