Operators of the Kassta Unmanned Systems Battalion have destroyed the Type-75 North Korean-made multiple launch rocket system on the Lyman axis. The strike was reported by Ukraine's 66th Brigade, which also released footage of the engagement.
According to the brigade, russian forces attempted to conceal the system using improvised camouflage, covering it with tree branches to avoid aerial detection. However, Ukrainian drone operators were able to quickly identify irregularities in the terrain, exposing the hidden target despite these efforts.

The initial phase of the operation involved the Heavy Shot heavy drone, which conducted a precision munition drop. This strike effectively disrupted the camouflage, revealing the identity of the system beneath.
Once the launcher was exposed, Ukrainian FPV drones were deployed to complete the strike. These loitering systems delivered follow-up hits, ultimately disabling the MLRS and rendering it inoperable. The coordinated use of different drone types demonstrates a layered approach to targeting and destruction.
As Defense Express previously reported, Ukrainian border guard from the Hart Brigade has successfully neutralized russian strike drone in Kharkiv region without firing a single shot. The incident, which underscores the growing role of electronic warfare on the battlefield, was captured on video and released by Ukraine's State Border Guard Service on May 6.
