The German government has updated list of military support for Ukraine, which includes new weapons, ammunition for previously transferred combat systems, as well as additional systems for the modernization of helicopters.
In particular, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being strengthened by three more the Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns (SPAAG), and their total number in the ranks of the Ukrainian army will increase to 52 units. To these systems, Germany also supplies an additional 30,200 35-mm ammunition, the production of which was previously deployed at the facilities of Rheinmetall.

Two very important Airborne Missile Protection Systems by Hensoldt (AMPS), designed to protect helicopters from anti-aircraft missiles, were also handed over. AMPS combines threat detection and countermeasures against missiles using laser, infrared and radar guidance. Earlier, Germany already transferred two such systems to Ukraine. Hensoldt reported that the company should manufacture 16 such systems for Ukraine.

Germany also announced the transfer to Ukraine of an additional 2,500 155-mm ammunition, 25,500 40-mm caliber ammunition for automatic grenade launchers, as well as an undisclosed amount of ammunition for Leopard 2A6 tanks.
In addition, the list for transfer to Ukraine includes two Wisent 1 mine clearing tanks, HX81 and Zetros trucks, armored vehicles, medical supplies and 10 Vector reconnaissance drones, which are planned to start assembling already in Ukraine.
