Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Estimates That russia Already Uses Strategic Stockpile of Some Types of Weapons

As the Defense Intelligence of Defense Ministry of Ukraine has estimated the russian federation is already using a strategic stockpile of some types of weapons, thus sending part of the missiles for strikes on Ukraine directly from factory lines

"As per Ukraine’s defense intelligence, the enemy is already using a strategic reserve of some types of weapons, as well as missiles manufactured this year, including in August. This suggests that some missiles being launched come directly from the assembly line. It depends on production capacities, how long they are going to launch them. Indeed, the stocks shrank compared to the pre-war period. But, unfortunately, the Russian Federation, due to the fact that it circumvents economic sanctions, is still able to produce a certain number of cruise missiles and other weapons that are used against our country," said the intelligence spokesman, Vadym Skibitskyi, Ukrinform reports.

It is noted that throughout the past two months, Russia was exporting 122 mm and 152 mm artillery ammunition from Belarus. In addition, according to intelligence reports, Russia is in talks with other countries regarding the supply of ammunition and rockets for the Smerch and Uragan MLR systems amid the current shortage. Russia is also negotiating with Iran on the issue of the replenishment of ballistic missile stocks.
