Ukraine's Defense Intelligence has released exclusive combat footage showcasing a coordinated special operation conducted by the 6th Special Operations Detachment within the Tymur special unit. The video documents a complex assault mission carried out on the Pokrovsk axis, highlighting the layered nature of modern Ukrainian special operations on one of the most contested sectors of the front.
The footage captures multiple phases of the operation, beginning with the storming of a fortified building where russian troops had taken cover. Assault elements moved in close coordination, clearing rooms and suppressing enemy fire, demonstrating disciplined small-unit tactics in confined urban terrain. Such actions indicate a deliberate effort to deny the enemy observation and firing positions critical for holding forward defensive lines.

Following the building assault, Ukrainian forces conducted systematic trench clearing operations. These close-quarters engagements underscore the continued importance of infantry-driven actions even amid the widespread use of drones and precision strikes. Clearing trenches not only removes enemy manpower but also disrupts their ability to stabilize defensive positions along the frontline.
A notable element of the operation was the counter-drone component. The video shows the successful interception and destruction of an enemy unmanned aerial vehicle, reflecting the growing emphasis on airspace control at the tactical level. Neutralizing reconnaissance and strike drones remains essential to protecting assault groups and maintaining operational surprise.
FPV drone operators played a decisive role, delivering what the footage describes as "precision work" against russian positions. These strikes illustrate how Ukrainian forces integrate real-time intelligence with loitering and FPV munitions to neutralize targets that would otherwise require heavier firepower, reducing both time and collateral risk.
Equally important is the inclusion of combat medical support in the footage. Medics are shown providing immediate aid to a wounded soldier under battlefield conditions, reinforcing the emphasis Ukrainian units place on casualty care and rapid evacuation. According to the Defense Intelligence, the operation took place in November 2025 and involved multiple intelligence special units operating jointly. As a result of the assault and clearing actions, Ukrainian forces improved their tactical position on selected sections of the front, strengthening the overall defensive posture in the Pokrovsk–Myrnohrad agglomeration.
