Belarusian generals have decided to solemnly announce the adoption of their own Starlink analog, called Kulisa, inspired by SpaceX.
This was reported by Vadim Romanov, chief of military communications of the Belarusian Armed Forces, during a segment on Belarusian national television.

Although no image of this system was shown in this story, two weeks ago another Belarusian channel called CTVBY in its story titled "Elon Musk nervous! Belarusian Starlink analog" showed it in some detail.
In reality, if anyone should be worried, it’s likely AliExpress, as it seems the equipment used to create the Kulisa system was purchased there. This system is as far from Starlink as it gets and is assembled from whatever components they managed to purchase and piece together.
In particular, the case contains standard civilian communications equipment, and the only conditionally military component is the Prytok-SH IP encryption device.
The video also shows a diagram of the entire Kulisa system, which is actually just a set of standard network equipment.
The only thing left to show is an antenna in the form of a conventional satellite dish, likely for communication with commercial telecommunications satellites from the pre-Starlink era. They have existed since the 2000s and are now being forgotten due to Starlink.
The fact that Starlink is not about the terminal, but about more than 6,000 satellites in orbit that ensure its operation throughout the civilized world, is obviously not mentioned in Belarus, where it does not work.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Belarus had tested new missile for the Buk-MB2 system near Ukrainian border.
