That is according to a statement of Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi on his official account on Telegram.
"Bakhmut direction. I continue to work with our soldiers on the front line. It is important for me to personally see our fighters at the front. To hear their problems and proposals firsthand," the statement reads.

He noted that he has planned further actions together with the commanders of units and subdivisions.
"We has planned further actions together with the commanders of units and subdivisions. The main focus, as always, is on people. Valuable gifts and awards have become the smallest gratitude for their titanic work," the Ground Forces Commander noted.
According to Oleksandr Syrskyi, the enemy continues to suffer significant losses in Bakhmut direction.
"The defense forces continue the fight. We'll win" Syrskyi emphasised.
Colonel-General and Commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi commanded the operation to defend Kyiv and the Kyiv region. He also commanded the successful Kharkiv counteroffensive. Now Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrskyi also is Commander of the Khortytsia Operational-Strategic Grouping acting on the East of Ukraine and is in charge of Bakhmut direction (including).
