These are genuinely very tight timelines for developing this type of weaponry, which usually takes years, not months as in FP-7 case. Although currently unknown how finalized and ready FP-7 was for beginning combat use.
First FP-7 combat use result is currently unknown, as is what specifically became target for first Ukrainian ballistic missile launch. Therefore as of now impossible to say precisely whether this first use was successful.

Recall for FP-7 following characteristics were previously declared: maximum application range up to 200 km, warhead mass 150 kilograms, maximum speed up to 1,500 m/s (5,400 km/h), flight altitude up to 65 kilometers, total flight time up to 250 seconds, and declared deviation from aiming point — 14 meters.
Basis for FP-7 ballistic missile development was design of 48N6 surface-to-air missile from russian S-400, but using other, lighter materials.

Regarding FP-7's older brother — FP-9 with range up to 855 kilometers, warhead mass up to 800 kilograms, and speed up to 2,200 m/s (7,920 km/h), currently no news about it exists, only noted is it should first fly in late autumn this year. It will fly straight at rashists.
