As the Ukraine’s General Staff operational update on the state of warfare as of 06.00, on October 27, 2022 the adversary continues to suffer losses. Damage to 1x concentration of weapons and military equipment, ammunition depots of the enemy inflicted on 25th October in the vicinity of settlement of Beryslav (Kherson oblast) was confirmed. The number of personnel losses are being finalised.
On 24-25th October, about 100x wounded enemy servicemen were brought to Holubivka (Luhansk oblast) city hospital. Several surgical teams had arrived from Luhansk and Kadiivka to provide aid.

As the report states, during the day of 26th October, Ukrainian Air Force launched 5x air strikes. 1x concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment, 3x strong points, and 1x anti-aircraft missile systems of the enemy were confirmed hits. During the day of 26th October, Ukrainian air defence units shot down 1x Ka-52 helicopter, 1x Kh-59 missile, and 17x combat UAVs of the enemy.
During the day of 26th October, Ukrainian missile and artillery troops engaged 4x command posts, 8x concentrations of troops, weapons, and military equipment,
3x ammunition depots, and 6x other important military targets of the enemy on Wednesday, October 26.
As the update states, the adversary doesn’t cease its attempts to hold the temporarily captured territories and deter operations of the Ukrainian Defence Forces on certain axes. Yet, the enemy conducts offensive operations on Bakhmut and Avdiivka axes.
During the day of 26th October, Ukrainian Defence Forces repelled attacks of the russian invaders in the vicinities of Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), and Bakhmut, Ivanhrad, Soledar, Mayorsk, Krasnohorivka, and Mar’inka (Donetsk oblast).
The enemy keeps shelling Ukrainian positions all along the line of contact, reinforces defensive lines and positions on certain directions, including on the left bank of the Dnipro River, and conducts aerial reconnaissance.
The occupant forces attack civilian infrastructure and residences, thus violate the rules of International Humanitarian Law, and the laws and principles of war. During the day of 26th October, the adversary launched 18x air and 4x missile strikes, and conducted 56x MLRS attacks.
The cities of Kup’yans’k, Druzhkivka, and Zaporizhzhia were hit by enemy attacks.
Ukrainian troops continue eliminate occupiers in the South direction.
Key points of the report:
Volyn and Polissya axes: no major changes. The republic of belarus provides further support to the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine. The threat of missile and air strikes, as well as “Shahed-136” drone attacks from the territory of the republic of belarus remains high.
The enemy conducted shelling on other axes:
Slobozhanshchyna axis: from the territory of the russian federation, using mortars, artillery and missile systems, in the vicinities of settlements of Chuhunivka, Strilecha, Dvorichna, Kamyanka, Krasne, and Starytsia;
Kup’yans’k axis: from tanks, mortars, artillery and missile systems, in the vicinities of settlements of Berestove, Kyslivka, Kotlyarivka, and Fyholivka;
Lyman axis: from tanks, mortars, artillery and missile systems, in the vicinities of settlements of Hrekivka, Druzhelyubivka, Makiivka, Terny, Tors’ke, Yampolivka, Spirne, Nevske, Verkhn’okam’yans’ke, and Zarichne;
Bakhmut axis: from tanks and missile systems, in the vicinities of settlements of Andriivka, Bakhmut, Bakhmutske, Soledar, Mayorsk, New York, Yakovlivka, Zelenopillya, and Ozaryanivka;
Avdiivka axis: enemy fired at the vicinities of settlements of Mar’inka, Vodyane, Novomykhailivka, Pervomais’ke, Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Oleksandropil’, and Novokalynove.
Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia axes: the enemy fired artillery in the vicinities of settlements of Orikhiv, Vremivka, Dorozhnyanka, Malynivka, Novoukrayinka, Hulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Novopil’, Neskuchne, Ol’hivs’ke, and Bilohirya.
Pivdennyi Buh axis: vicinities of 20x settlements near the line of contact were damaged by the enemy fire. Nikopol’ was damaged by the enemy missile systems.
According to Ukraine’s General Staff operational report, recently mobilized russian military [mobilized 1 week ago] continue to arrive to the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia oblast. Newly arriving troops demonstrate low morale and motivation, and unwillingness to participate in combats in Ukraine, frequent desertions are reported too.
The enemy continues to replenish its casualties. According to the information available, representatives of private military companies are recruiting prisoners in correctional facilities in the city of Ulyanovsk (russia). Most recruits from the above category who agree to fight in Ukraine are convicted of murder, rape, and sale of narcotics.
