Ukrainian forces are successfully pushing back russian assaults in the Kupiansk sector thanks to precise and powerful fire from Croatian RAK-SA-12 multiple launch rocket system. Operated by a fire support unit within the 3rd Border Guard Detachment, this system has proven highly effective in halting enemy advances and disrupting their formations.
The RAK-SA-12, Croatian-made multiple launch rocket system, is specifically designed to strike large areas at distances ranging from 800 to 8,500 meters. Capable of launching all 12 of its rockets in under ten seconds, it saturates targeted zones with devastating fire, making it ideal for engaging enemy infantry concentrations, vehicles, and fortified positions.

On the Kupiansk axis, one of the more intense fronts in Ukraine's defense, russian forces continue to rely on massed assaults supported by drones and aviation. However, Ukrainian artillery crews have consistently managed to neutralize advancing enemy units, inflicting significant losses and preventing breakthroughs.
Artillerymen operating the RAK-SA-12 system have been praised for their speed, coordination, and ability to respond under pressure. Their effectiveness lies in both their technical skill and in the system's quick reaction time, which allows them to catch russian troops mid-assault or while regrouping.

The rockets fired by the RAK-SA-12 system are especially useful for countering enemy positions hidden in tree lines, trenches, or hastily dug shelters. The rapid saturation of an area can prevent enemy forces from entrenching or preparing for another wave of attack.
Despite the increasing use of russian reconnaissance drones and tactical aviation, Ukrainian gunners remain confident in their mission. By maintaining high mobility and precise coordination, they continue to strike hard and fast, forcing russian forces to fall back repeatedly.
