Ukrainian anti-tank units have once again demonstrated their battlefield precision and technological prowess by destroying russian infantry fighting vehicle using the Stugna-P anti-tank guided missile system. The footage of the strike was released by the official page of Ukraine's 117th Separate Heavy Mechanized Brigade.

The explosion serves not only as a tactical success but as a symbolic image of Ukraine's resilience and military competence.

This successful strike highlights the continued importance of precision-guided weapons in modern warfare. The Ukrainian troops' ability to identify, target, and eliminate a heavily armored vehicle from a distance demonstrates a high level of training, coordination, and confidence in their equipment.

The Stugna-P, Ukrainian-made anti-tank guided missile system, was developed by the Kyiv-based Luch Design Bureau. Its combat capabilities allow it to engage enemy armor at distances of up to 5 kilometers, giving Ukrainian forces a significant edge, particularly in defensive and ambush scenarios.

Unlike older Soviet-era systems, the Stugna-P unit offers advanced guidance and targeting capabilities, including remote operation, which allows operators to control the system from a safe distance. This has proven invaluable in frontline conditions where survivability is key.

The strike not only dealt a material blow to russian ground forces but also served as a morale boost for Ukrainian defenders and their supporters. Each such successful engagement underscores the quality of Ukraine's defense industry and the determination of its soldiers on the ground.

As Defense Express previously reported, in a display of coordination and precision, Ukrainian border guards successfully repelled another overnight aerial assault in the south of the country, highlighting their continued vigilance in defending critical infrastructure and civilian lives.

During the latest attack, servicemen from the Odesa Border Guard Detachment and the Maritime Guard of the State Border Guard Service worked together to neutralize a wave of enemy drones. According to official reports, four Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs, launched by russian forces, were intercepted and destroyed before they could reach their intended targets.
