The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has officially codified and approved the General Chereshnia FPV drone system for military use. The announcement was made by the Main Directorate for Support of the Life Cycle of Weapons and Military Equipment.
The drones used in the General Chereshnya system are built on frames of various sizes and are equipped with powerful electric motors. Their payloads can be customized depending on the mission, ranging from explosive charges designed to destroy enemy armored vehicles and cars to targeting dugouts and other fortifications.

A key advantage of the system is its rapid deployment capability, it can be set up and ready for operation within minutes. This significantly enhances crew safety and allows for swift tactical responses on the battlefield.
The official approval of the General Chereshnya FPV system marks another step in institutionalizing Ukraine's drone warfare capabilities and underscores the military’s continued focus on leveraging asymmetric technologies against russian forces.

As Defense Express previously reported, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has officially announced the deployment of new UNEX UGV remotely controlled armored ground platform of Ukrainian production into service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This ground robotic system features unique amphibious capabilities and is designed to perform a wide range of combat and logistical tasks.
