The United States Department of Defense announced additional security assistance to meet Ukraine’s critical security and defense needs. The package will be provided under the Presidential Drawdown Authority, which means that the weapons are transferred directly from reserves.
As unofficially reported earlier, the package includes armored vehicles: 15 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles and 10 Stryker armored personnel carriers. However, it is necessary to recall that the United States has already transferred 109 Bradley vehicles and 90 Stryker vehicles to Ukraine in total.
