According to the publication, there is also a chance that the Trinity UAVs will be seen on the battlefield. The German company is supplying a mix of all Trinity models to Ukraine including the Trinity Tactical. It could be used, for example, to provide special forces operating in enemy territory or isolated areas with real-time imagery since they can’t wait for rear echelon sources.
It is known that the Trinity Pro can stay in the air for a maximum of 90 minutes, the flight range is 5-7.5 km, and the maximum take-off weight is 5.75 kg.
Thanks to the modular system, the Trinity is airborne within a few minutes and performs automated tactical mapping and terrain visualisation missions. In just one flight, a single drone covers an area of 700 hectares or a linear corridor of 90 kilometres in length.
In November of last year, company representatives also announced that they would begin training Ukrainian drone operators already this year. They should learn basic skills in deploying and operating Trinity drones.
As noted in the publication, the Quantum-Systems company closely cooperates with Ukraine. Therefore, in addition to Trinity drones, the company also supplies Ukraine with hundreds of Vector UAVs on behalf of German government.
Defense Express reported that This Drone Helped Ukranians Annihilate Dozens of russians and Military Vehicles at River Crossing in 2022. We also wrote, that Ukraine Would Produce Parts and Assemble German Vector UAVs.
