Russia uses new gliding bombs against Ukraine

The UPAB-1500B bomb was put on display for the first time at MAKS-2019. It was designed to hit highly protected targets at a distance of up to 40 km.

This type of bomb was used for the first time in Chernihiv region a few weeks ago. One of the wreckages had the UPAB-1500B bomb marking.

This time russians installed the 2M-3 ship anti-aircraft gun on the MT-LB armored vehicle.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine already have guided missiles with a longer range than HIMARS’ or GMLRS’

The Vilkha-M guided artillery rocket has a range of 110km (68 miles) and a 300mm, 485-pound warhead that can hit targets with great accuracy, Ivan Vinnyk, first deputy head of the National Association of Ukrainian Defense Industries, told The War Zone.

There is no T-14 Armata tanks on Ukrainian frontlines, as opposed to modernized T-62 tanks (2022 edition)

Russian 103th Armor Repair Plant showed a variant of the T-62 tank at Army 2022 forum, the sample was called “the T-62 of the 2022 edition” in August, 2022.

The model shown on the exhibition had more turret armor and was reinforced with ERA modules and slat cages on the sides. The internal equipment had some changes too: standard sight was replaced with 1PN-96MT-02, and there was an electro-optical EW antenna for countering hostile drones.
