Operators from the Prymary special unit of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine have conducted a drone-based strike operation against elements of russian air defense infrastructure along the Donetsk axis.
According to video documentation released by the Defense Intelligence, the operation resulted in the destruction of several radar stations and launch systems used by russian forces. The strikes appear to be part of an ongoing Ukrainian effort to reduce the effectiveness of russian air defense coverage in key operational areas.

Confirmed targets included three 48Ya6-K1 Podlyot radar stations, which serve in detecting and tracking low- to medium-altitude aerial objects. These radars are typically integrated into broader air defense networks to support systems such as the S-300.
Additionally, Ukrainian drones struck two Niobiy-SV radar systems, which are designed to detect low-signature aerial threats, including drones and stealth aircraft. These systems are among the more modern components of russian air surveillance infrastructure.
The operation also destroyed two S-300V launcher units, part of a long-range surface-to-air missile system designed to engage aircraft and ballistic missiles. The launchers form a key part of multi-layered air defense setups around strategic locations.
The P-18 early warning radar was also targeted. Despite being an older Soviet-era system, the P-18 system remains in use across various russian formations due to its mobility and wide-area surveillance capabilities.
As Defense Express previously reported, operators from Ukraine's Svarog 424th Battalion of the Unmanned Systems Forces have successfully located and destroyed a rare piece of russian electronic warfare equipment – the experimental KOP-2 system. The operation took place on an unspecified front line, where Ukrainian drone teams continue to neutralize critical enemy assets.
