The plant is located in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, which also houses the Alabuga Polytechnic college. Girls as young as 16 years old are reportedly involved in drone production at the site.

The training center in Alabuga has launched a special program to train young people in the fields of air navigation and UAV programming. The training lasts up to four years, and all participants in the program are provided with free accommodation and meals on the premises of the production zone. This system allows the Kremlin to quickly and massively train personnel for unmanned war.

Photos from inside the plant show dozens of assembled drones in the workshops. According to sources, production rates are high, and the drones' targets are pre-programmed into their flight plans — with attack coordinates determined prior to launch.

It should be noted that the published videos show that russia is launching Shahed drones against Ukraine from American Dodge pickup trucks.

Earlier Defense Express reported that russia is preparing to launch 2,000 drones at once against Ukraine.
