Poland is one of the countries in the world that has actively supplied Ukraine with various post-Soviet equipment.
The Polish specialized resource Defence24 posed the question, "What can Poland itself do to provide Patriot systems to Ukraine?"

This publication caught our attention due to a number of interesting points.
The first point can be outlined as follows: it seems that the Poles have decided not to exclude the possibility that they might have transferred their Soviet S-200 air defense systems to Ukraine. This is, in principle, the first mention in open sources where it is openly suggested that Poland might have given us the S-200.
Moreover, the assumption regarding the S-200 was made in the context that official Warsaw had also transferred modernized Soviet air defense systems, such as the Osa-P and S-125 Neva-SK, to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to The Military Balance 2023, Poland could have had three batteries of S-200 systems at the beginning of last year.
However, it is worth noting that this somewhat sensational assumption about the possible transfer of S-200 systems to the Ukrainian Armed Forces was used by the authors of Poland's Defence24 as a kind of "lead-in" to whether Poland can provide Ukraine with its Patriot systems.
Nevertheless, considering that the Polish military currently has only two out of the eight ordered Patriot missile system batteries, official Warsaw is only willing to support the transfer of Patriots to Ukraine "from third countries," while also providing "substantial assistance" in this regard.
