The unit’s dedicated FPV drone detachment, OMEGA Wings, had an exceptionally productive week, concentrating its efforts on neutralizing enemy artillery assets.
Throughout this period, the skill of the drone pilots and the accuracy of loitering munition strikes led to the detection and confirmed destruction of five russian howitzers. In addition, the unit successfully eliminated a key target — a BM-21 Grad MLRS.
Special operations personnel noted that while some strikes did hit enemy transport vehicles, such cases were not highlighted. The unit’s primary focus remains the destruction of high-priority military assets, particularly artillery. “We won’t take up your attention with enemy vehicle strikes,” the unit stated, emphasizing its commitment to engaging the most dangerous battlefield threats.
