On May 4, the Ukrainian Air Force conducted a precision strike on russian drone command and base facility in the village of Tyotkino, located in russia's Kursk region.
The attack resulted in the elimination of up to 20 russian personnel involved in the operation of reconnaissance and strike drones, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The targeted facility served as a control hub for russian UAV operations, playing a critical role in coordinating both surveillance and offensive drone missions along the frontline. The destruction of such a site, Ukraine's military noted, directly impairs russia's ability to conduct aerial reconnaissance and launch drone attacks in the region.

While the exact types of equipment destroyed are still being identified, the General Staff emphasized that this successful strike is part of a broader strategy to systematically degrade the aggressor state's military capabilities.
"Brave Air Force pilots and all of Ukrainian forces continue to systematically reduce the enemy's capacity to wage its war of aggression," the statement concluded.
