Ukrainian troops from the 704th Brigade showcased the devastating precision of their Sivalka VM-8 flamethrower systems, striking enemy positions with deadly efficiency

The 704th Separate Brigade of Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense has showcased its combat operations using the Sivalka VM-8 flamethrower systems. The demonstration, published by the Support Forces Command, highlights the growing role of specialized troops in supporting offensive and defensive actions along the front lines.

According to the report, the Sivalka VM-8 systems have proven highly effective in targeting enemy personnel and destroying fortified positions. These systems, typically mounted on vehicles, can deliver powerful volleys of incendiary munitions, producing both physical destruction and psychological shock on the battlefield.

"When the Sivalka VM-8 systems start working, it's already too late for the occupiers to hide," the fighters emphasized.

The phrase reflects not only the destructive potential of the weapon but also the confidence and precision with which Ukrainian forces operate.

Flamethrower systems like the Sivalka VM-8 are particularly useful in clearing enemy trenches, bunkers, and strongholds, targets that are often resistant to conventional artillery fire. Their use demonstrates Ukraine's ability to integrate unconventional and specialized means into broader tactical operations, adapting to complex conditions on the front.

The 704th Brigade also highlighted the professionalism of its operators, noting that their actions are "accurate and well-coordinated". In modern warfare, such coordination is critical, especially for units handling high-risk and specialized weaponry that must be deployed with precision and timing.

“The Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense troops' flamethrower operators do their job clearly, fast, without unnecessary words," the Brigade stated. This concise description captures the disciplined and methodical nature of these forces, whose tasks often occur under intense battlefield pressure.

As Defense Express previously reported, Ukrainian drone operators from the Signum Battalion, part of the 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade, successfully disrupted russian attempt to deploy the TOS Solntsepyok heavy flamethrower system. The operation, carried out in two precise stages, showcased Ukraine's growing mastery of FPV drone tactics against high-value russian assets.

According to the Signum Battalion, the russian crew brought the TOS system to the front line, set up a firing position, and prepared to launch a strike, but Ukrainian forces were already tracking their movements.
