The enemy keeps shelling Ukrainian positions all along the line of contact, reinforces defensive lines and positions on certain directions, and conducts aerial reconnaissance. The occupant forces attack civilian infrastructure and residences, thus violate the rules of International Humanitarian Law, and the laws and principles of war.
During the last 24 hours, the russian invaders launched 11x missile and 22x air strikes, and conducted more than 35x MLRS attacks on civilian and military targets across Ukraine. More than 30x settlements in Donetsk, Luhansk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Mykolaiv, Sumy, and Kherson oblasts suffered enemy attacks.

Siverschyna axis: artillery and MLRS attacks in the vicinities of Hasychivka (Chernihiv oblast); Popivka, Petrushivka, Myropillya, Zapsillia, Nova Huta, Novovasylivka, and Starikove (Sumy oblast);
Slobozhanschyna axis: with artillery of various types near Hryhorivka, Kolodyazne, Strelecha, Vovchans’k, Ohirtseve, and Ternove settlements;
Kup’yans’k and Lyman axes: with mortars, tube and rocket artillery in the vicinities of Ploshanka, Berestov, Stelmakhivka, Myasozharivka, Spirne, Bilohorivka, Makiivka, Nevs’ke, and Kislivka;
Bakhmut axis: with tanks, mortars, cannon and rocket artillery in the vicinities of Bakhmut, Bakhmuts’ke, Soledar, Ivangrad, Yakovlivka, Mayors’k, Zelenopilya, and New York;
Avdiivka axis: with tanks, mortars, cannon and rocket artillery in the areas of Vuhledar, Nevels’ke, Maryinka, Novomykhailivka, Krasnohorivka, and Vesele settlements;
Novopavlivka and Zaporizhzhia axes: with tanks and the entire range of artillery systems in the vicinities of Prechistivka, Velyka Novosilka, Pavlivka, Hulyaipils’ke, Vremivka, Zaliznychne, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novopil’, Mali Shcherbaki, and Poltavka;
Pivdennyi Buh axis: with tanks and artillery of various calibers in the areas of Pravdyne, Myrne, Ternovi Pody, Sukhyi Stavok, Zolota Balka, and Marganets settlements. In addition, the enemy continued to conduct aerial reconnaissance, actively using UAVs. Made more than 15 sorties.
According to the available information, the law enforcement authorities in the russian city of Tolyatti (Samara oblast) were requested to recruit 1,000x “volunteers” for the deployment to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. At the same time, the city's chemical enterprises are working on additional fundraising to support regional “volunteers” units. It arouses tensions between employees who have been already facing salary cuts allegedly to support mobilized workers participating in the war in Ukraine.
Following the verified reporting, the so-called evacuation of the civilian population from the city of Kherson has been halted due to the lack of interest and those willing to be evacuated. Russian occupation authorities have suspended payment of salaries and other social benefits.
The russian occupiers transferred local civilian hospital in the city of Dzankoi (temporarily occupied Autonomous Republic of Crimea) to a military hospital. It provides care to up 800x wounded occupiers nowadays.
