The Atesh partisan movement reports on reconnaissance carried out at the Chemical Automatics Design Bureau (CADB) in Voronezh, russia. It is a key enterprise of Roscosmos, the russian state corporation that oversees the country's space industry.
The Chemical Automation Design Bureau develops and manufactures liquid rocket fuel for strategic systems, including the Iskander-M ballistic missile system, which is actively used against Ukraine.

It is reported that CADB, together with the Voronezh Mechanical Plant, will form a single platform for the production of engines for intercontinental ballistic missiles (RS-20, RS-18), anti-aircraft systems, as well as Soyuz and Proton launch vehicles.
The Atesh movement notes that this enterprise is critically important for Putin's military machine and actively works for russian military industry.

"We carefully inspected the whole site, took photos of the buildings and infrastructure, and documented the vehicles in the parking area. Thanks to this data, we will be able to identify the employees — war criminals involved in the production of weapons used to kill Ukrainians. All information has been passed on to the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the statement reads.
Earlier Defense Express reported that Ukrainian partisans had gathered secret information about instrument-making plant in russia's Kaluga. We also wrote that Ukrainian partisans had scouted facility upgrading russian drones in St. Petersburg.
