According to Vadym Skibitsky, the Deputy Chief of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, fragments of the rockets used by russia indicate that they have just come off the assembly line. These are ammunition manufactured in the first quarter of 2023, RBC reports.

“They import the Kalibr missiles to temporarily occupied Crimea at least twice a month. Currently, the russians are capable of producing about 25 Kalibr missiles per month, 35 units of the Kh-101, 2 units of Kinjal, and five units of the 9M723 ballistic missiles for the Iskander-M system,” Vadym Skibitsky stated.

Should be noted that according to the calculations of Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence, the russians have only 15% of the missile stocks they had before the beginning of full-scale invasion of Ukraine. As a result, russia is currently unable to launch 90-110 high-precision cruise missiles in a single attack, as it did before.

Additionally, disruptions caused by a derailed train near Simferopol could hinder the delivery of supplies and potentially impact the transportation of weaponry, including Kalibr cruise missiles, to russia's Black Sea Fleet.
