Ukrainian forces struck a series of russian military facilities in temporarily occupied parts of Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions during August 14 and overnight into August 15, according to Ukraine's General Staff. The targets included an air defense system, storage facilities, a logistics site and command posts.
One of the reported targets was russian Strela-10 surface-to-air missile system in Kreminna, Luhansk region. The Soviet-designed short-range system is intended to protect ground troops and other military assets against low-flying aerial threats, making its loss potentially significant for russian forces operating in the area.

Ukrainian forces also struck russian drone storage facility in temporarily occupied Vuhledar, Donetsk region. The depot was reportedly used to store unmanned aerial vehicles, meaning the strike could affect russia's ability to sustain drone operations near the front line.
Another strike targeted russian logistics and materiel depot in Lysychansk, Luhansk region. Such facilities support frontline units with equipment and supplies, so attacks against them can disrupt the movement and availability of resources needed for continued combat operations.
The Ukrainian military also reported strikes against two russian command posts. One was located in temporarily occupied Selydove in Donetsk region, while the other was in temporarily occupied Mykhailivka in Zaporizhzhia region.
