Ukrainian drone operators from the 3rd Battalion of the 414th Brigade destroyed russian Kasta mobile radar system on the Zaporizhzhia direction after unexpectedly detecting it during a mission targeting russian logistics.
The operators were initially conducting a mission aimed at disrupting russian logistics when they identified a new target. Instead of continuing with the original plan, they changed the mission and focused their attention on the newly detected radar system.

The target was Kasta mobile radar, a russian system designed to detect airborne targets and provide data for air defense operations. This makes the system an important element of the russian air defense network rather than simply another piece of battlefield equipment.
After identifying the Kasta system, the operators immediately prioritized it as their target. At the same time, they transmitted its coordinates to operators from the 412th Brigade and other adjacent Ukrainian units.
The Kasta system was subsequently destroyed through the combined efforts of the Ukrainian units.
