Ukrainian official highlights the Magura drones’ potential against the russian Navy

The Magura marine drones have the capability to operate on any water surface, making their use in the Sea of Azov a potential strategy for targeting russian ships. This information was shared by Yevheniy Yerin, a representative of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense.

Yevheniy Yerin emphasized the versatility of the Magura drones, stating, “Theoretically, the Magura drone can operate on any water surface.” He also commented on the strategic implications of their deployment in the Sea of Azov, noting, “Regarding how well protected the Sea of Azov is, I think we will see this over time.” This suggests that the effectiveness and protection measures in the region will be closely monitored and assessed as the situation evolves.
