It is noted that the Ryazan Refinery, located more than 470 km from the Ukrainian border, is one of the four largest refineries in russia and accounts for 6.1% of the country's total oil refining volume.

"The strike caused a large-scale fire at the plant, and its production facilities sustained significant damage," the statement reads.

Another strike targeted the Annanaftoprodukt oil depot in the Voronezh region. It is located 240 km from the state border.

The facility can simultaneously receive up to 50 railway tank cars carrying petroleum products and handle the transshipment of up to 160,000 tons of light petroleum products annually. The results of the strike are being clarified.

"To hide the consequences of DeepStrike, russian authorities jammed mobile communications in the regions, slowed down internet access, and restricted the operation of social networks," the Command of the Unmanned Systems Forces added.
