Ukrainian forces have reportedly struck russian Uragan-1 multiple rocket launch system during its deployment to a firing position, according to the 71st Brigade of Ukraine's Air Assault Forces.
The target was detected by Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance operators who tracked the system's movement and identified it as it was preparing to enter a firing position.

Once the coordinates were confirmed, they were immediately transmitted to Ukrainian strike drone units operating in the area. This rapid coordination allowed the strike to be carried out within minutes of detection.
A series of precise drone hits disabled the system before it was able to open fire. The rapid engagement prevented the launcher from completing its combat task.
The Uragan-1 is a heavy multiple rocket launcher designed to deliver powerful salvos against personnel, fortified positions, and equipment over a wide area. Its mobility and firepower make it a valuable asset in russian artillery formations.
The brigade reported that the effectiveness of the strike was later confirmed through additional reconnaissance, which verified that the system had been rendered inoperable.
As Defense Express previously reported, Ukraine's Special Operations Forces reportedly destroyed two Tor-M2 short-range air defense systems in temporarily occupied south of Ukraine.
