This is reported by the Public Relations Service of the Command of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the report, the participation in the multinational exercise Joint Warrior-23-II of the Cherkasy and the Chernihiv mine countermeasures ships and the headquarters of the Ukrainian Navy's Mine Action Tactical Group is part of the comprehensive training of these units under the guidance of mentors from the Royal Navy.

Participants of the exercise included the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force, along with the British Army. In addition to Ukraine, ships and vessels from the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Germany, and Denmark are participating in the exercises too.
"The primary objective of the training is to ensure that the personnel of the crews and the headquarters of the tactical mine action group are ready to perform their assigned tasks and are interoperable with the mine action units of partner countries. In addition, they are working on planning and conducting mine action in accordance with NATO standards. The purpose of the training is to gain experience of acting in an international environment during joint multinational operations," the Navy said.
The Public Relations Service of the Command of the Navy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also published photo of Ukrainian ships that are taking part in in the multinational exercise Joint Warrior-23-II.
As Defense Express reported, Russian occupiers continue to mine the Black Sea, increasing the number of mines using aviation for the purpose.
