Satellite imagery by Planet Labs is available in the public domain. They confirm the successful strike on russian military targets in the temporarily occupied Oktiabrske village in Crimea.
The images show that after the oil depot had been hit fire broke out over a fairly large area. Some traces of secondary detonation might be seen on the images as well as ammunition that were scattered due to the successful strike on ammunition storage facilities. The ammunition depots were located on the territory of the airfield in Oktiabrske, which was the largest airbase of the Black Sea Fleet during the Soviet era.

The images were posted in open access by OSINT analyst Hidenori Watanave. The fact of the strikes on the mentioned russian occupier's objects was confirmed in one of their messages on July 22, 2023.
As previously reported by Defense Express, on July 22, the administration of russian occupiers in Crimea claimed that military objects in Oktiabrske were hit by drones. The russians asserted that there were no damages, but at the same time, they announced the commencement of evacuation within a 5-kilometer radius from the "strike zone."
At that time, the invaders did not disclose the list of objects that were affected. However, local residents reported that the targets of the strike were an oil depot and an ammunition depot at the airport in Oktiabrske.
The scale of destruction is evidenced by the fact that the occupation administration was forced to suspend rail traffic throughout the entire temporarily occupied Crimea.
The affected oil depot is located adjacent to the railway line from Oktiabrske to Gvardeyskoye. It further branches out into two directions – to Yevpatoriya and to Sevastopol. This refers to a significant portion of the railway connection in the temporarily occupied peninsula.
The airfield in Oktiabrske village was abandoned back in the 1990s. However, shortly before the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the russian occupiers began using this facility again. They used it as a massive field camp for their ground forces.
Publicly available Google Earth images from February 2022 demonstrate a significant presence of personnel in field tents, equipment at parking areas, and possibly accumulated ammunition by the occupiers. This indicates how russia was preparing for a full-scale war against Ukraine.
