The spokesman of the Ukrainian Air Force Illia Yevlash, said on the air of the national telethon that russian occupiers are constantly dropping bombs on their citizens, which can be explained by technical malfunctions and negligence of either pilots or technical personnel. He added that this can also be caused by defects and breakdowns of the aircraft, which are caused by their shabbiness.
"This may happen for a number of reasons. It could be a human factor or a pilot error. This can also be the case when aircraft going in for a strike. When an aircraft accelerates and drops this guided bomb, it can detach at some point," Yevlash said.

According to the spokesman, such cases occur regularly and are not uncommon. But russians chose this path for themselves.
Earlier Defense Express reported that half of North Korean KN-23 missiles had exploded mid-flight in Ukraine.
