"An agent of our movement scouted the fuel base on Strelkovaya Street. The Southern Directorate of Road Facilities of the Russian Ministry of Defense, which organizes transport and road maintenance for russian army was scouted as well," the Atesh reported on its Telegram channel.
These facilities organize logistics routes and supply the entire southern region of russia with fuel, including troops in the occupied territories of Ukraine. The fuel base also supplies the nearby military airfield. It is directly used for military purposes and is a legitimate target for partisans.
