According to local public reports, the city was allegedly attacked by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and "ATACMS ballistic missiles may have been used".

According to information provided by local media, at least two explosions were heard in Luhansk.

So far, there have been no official reports from the occupation authorities, but there are reports of a fire near the oil depot.
