The Ukrainian guerilla warfare attack is a combination of active reconnaissance and ambush

Ukrainian military of the 93rd Mechanized Brigade has published a video showing a strike performed by an anti-tank squad likely consisting of two or more groups.

The first one was providing reconnaissance and tracking the enemy tank, while the other took position and launched an FGM-148 Javelin missile. As reported by the brigade’s press center, the russian tank got neutralized successfully.

At the end of the video we can see that the group allegedly having just fired on the tank, was using a light high-speed buggy, similar or even identical to the ones we’ve seen previously when used by a Korsar ATGM unit.

In addition to fast-deployable anti-tank missile teams, the "fire and run", or "shoot and scoot" tactics are widely used by Ukrainians with other, even heavier systems such as French CAESAR and German PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers or American M777 towed guns.

This kind of warfare has become predominant in Ukraine’s fight against russian invasion forces which, in turn, resorted to the "complete decimation" tactics trying to overwhelm the defenders with massive mostly chaotic shelling.
