The Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released data on the attack, which started at 8 p.m. on November 9 and continued into the night of November 10, during which russian occupation forces launched a record number of drones. In particular, 145 air targets were launched. It included both russian-Iranian Shahed kamikaze drones and other unspecified drones, probably Gerbera, etc.
The launches were carried out from four areas: directly from the territory of the russian federation (Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Oryol, Bryansk), as well as from the temporarily occupied Crimea (Chauda Cape).

Traditionally, not only the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces and mobile firing groups, but also aviation and electronic warfare units were involved in the fight against russian drones.
According to the report by the Air Force Command, 62 UAVs were shot down, and airborne threats were targeted in 13 regions of Ukraine. Another 67 drones were lost in the area, and up to 10 UAVs left the country's airspace towards Moldova, Belarus, and the russian federation.
It should be recalled that, in addition to Shahed drones, russians are now actively using a significant number of decoys such as Gerbera drones, which are made of the cheapest materials possible.
As Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi noted earlier this month, russia launched more than 2,000 drones into Ukraine in October, emphasizing that they actively use Western-made components. In fact, in September and early November, there was only one day when russia did not use drones to strike Ukraine.
Earlier Defense Express reported that russian terrorists had started using Shahed drones with thermobaric warhead.
