Kharkiv Armored Plant has been hit by Russian aircraft and multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), the Kharkiv regional police reports

"Earlier today enemy's MLRS air strike has led to the injury of one of the facility's employees, in addition to destruction and serious damage of some nearby shop buildins," as the statement goes.

It's been previously reported that the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin launched a full scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24. Ukrainian infrastructure including strategic objects and residential areas of cities, towns and villages have been suffering severe shelling since then.
Ukrainian government immediately announced general mobilization and imposed martial law that day.
Ukraine took a legal action against the Russian Federation in the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
