A rare russian 15T365 nuclear support vehicle has been spotted. Its tasks include handling warheads for intercontinental ballistic missiles.
According to Exilenova+, this equipment was spotted during a transfer from the maintenance base of the 60th Rocket Division of the 27th Rocket Army. It is located in the city of Tatishchevo, Saratov Oblast.

The 15T365 is used for transporting, servicing, and preparing nuclear warheads for deployment. It works with ballistic missiles such as the RS-24 Yars or RS-12M Topol-M.
So, it's a critically important part of russia's nuclear arsenal, responsible for warheads. At the same time, it is rarely seen in photos and videos.

This is to be expected from strategic deterrence units, which are required to maintain a high level of secrecy.
This might seem contradictory, since russians often showcase their nuclear arsenal, particularly during military parades. However, support vehicles are not required to appear in public, and the launchers alone are enough of a threat to geostrategic adversaries.

According to Exilenova+, the chassis of the support vehicle is the MZKT-7930 Astrolog, manufactured by the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant in Belarus, and also employed in the Iskander ballistic missile system. A closer look clearly shows that the vehicle in the footage is different.
Most likely, the 15T365 uses a different Belarusian platform, namely the MAZ-543/MAZ-7310. It is also widely used as a chassis for various systems, including the launchers of the S-400 air defense missile system.
