​Defense Forces of Ukraine Regained Control Over 90 Square Kilometers Territory, Liberated Seven Settlements Over Past Week

Ukraine's defense forces have recaptured seven settlements during an offensive operation over the past week

That is according to Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Maliar.

"Seven settlements have been liberated: Lobkove, Levadne, Novodarivka, Neskuchne, Storozheve, Makarivka, Blahodatne," Hanna Maliar said in a Telegram post on Monday, June 12.

According to to Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister, during the offensive operation in the Donetsk and Tavriia operational areas, Ukrainian forces advanced by 6.5 kilometers. The area of the territory taken under control over the past week is 90 square kilometers.
