Commencing March 15, a ludicrous election unfolds in these territories, disregarding the wishes of the indigenous population. To inflate voter turnout, the russian forces permit voting without requiring passports and intend to orchestrate migrant participation through construction companies.

Since late 2022, migrants have been systematically relocated to these temporarily occupied territories, with their population surpassing 100,000. Foreign individuals are enticed with an additional day off in exchange for visiting the polling stations.
