This comes on the eve of putin's humiliation over the start of the third year of his "three-day war."

"putin in testing Ukraine’s defenses and the West’s resolve - now is the time for the world to come together and redouble our efforts to get Ukraine what they need to win," he said.
Earlier Defense Express reported that on the night of December 29, russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine. The strikes targeted Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, and other cities.
