"We will cooperate with all the countries that produce drones. In particular, these are Poland, Germany, the USA, Israel, and others. A large team is working on this. We are also negotiating with Ukrainian manufacturers of drones – both the ones [specifically – edit.] for reconnaissance and those of civil use," Shchyhol said.

According to the official, people from all around the world have donated over UAH 400 mln (~13,550,000 USD) in a week since the initiative was launched. As Defense Express earlier explained, the aim is to buy 200 tactical reconnaissance UAVs.

Also, thanks to the money provided by business sector, the foundation will be able to purchase two Polish aerial systems WB Electronics Warmate and 40 suicide drones for them. These vehicles can operate both as loitering munitions and scout drones.

The project’s ultimate goal is to "forge an advanced high-tech army, capable of combating with minimum casualties" relying on individual efficiency of personnel rather than quantities of brute force, as follows from Yurii Shchyhol:

"This war is a war of technologies. So, creating an army of drones is a key step toward building an advanced high-tech Ukrainian army. To achieve this, we are relying upon the vast experience of NATO member countries, where drones are major reconnaissance tools in service."
