At FMG, they say there is a high demand for ammunition and they are hiring new workers

Spanish ammunition manufacturer Fábrica de Municiones de Granada (FMG) (in 2020 it was bought by the Slovakian group MSM), located in the Spanish city of Granada, has increased the production of ammunition in recent months. In particular, the line for the production of 155-mm artillery shells is loaded at 100% at least until the end of this year, the Spanish Infodefensa reports.

As the representative of the company admitted in a comment to the publication, the demand for artillery projectiles is really high at the moment.

It is also reported that the company plans to participate in the competition for tank 120-mm ammunition, which the Ministry of Defense of Spain plans to purchase next year.

As the company's website informs, the range of ammunition produced by the plant is as follows: rounds of 105, mm, 106 and 155 mm field artillery ammunition; rounds of 60, 81 and 120 mm mortar ammo; tank rounds of 105 mm and 120 mm in different configurations.
