Ukrainian company Kvertus (part of NAUDI), known for its electronic warfare and electronic intelligence systems, has recently presented an overview of its new Kvertus AD MW anti-drone rifle. The product's main feature, as the company explains, is that "the current iteration is optimized and adapted for specific operational scenarios."
Which means now the rifle is available in two versions: one for countering smaller FPV drones and another for heavy drones with airdrop systems and droppable payloads.

"In addition to its high power, the advantage of this rifle is its ergonomic design. It is easier to hold. This was achieved by two factors — the extended design at the rear and the shifting of the center of mass closer to the user. As a result, it can be stabilized under the shoulder and operated with one hand," Kvertus representatives explain. The rifle also features two Picatinny rails for customization.
In the version tailored against FPV drones, Kvertus AD MW generates radio interference waves in the 700–900 MHz and 900–1100 MHz ranges. In the modification against bomber drones, it suppresses in the controls and video transmission in the ranges of 400–2500 MHz, 5150–5250 MHz, and 5700–5900 MHz.

The effective range for both variants exceeds 100 meters, depending on the operating conditions. The power output in the anti-FPV version is 100 W, while the anti-bomber jammer produces 90 W. The antenna's radiation pattern covers up to 80 degrees horizontally and 60 degrees vertically.
The battery holds for 90 minutes, though the manufacturer recommends a 5-minute break after each 20 minutes of operation. Preparing the rifle for use takes less than 30 seconds.

Both system variants weigh 8 kg each. One set includes the rifle itself, a radiation indicator, two rechargeable batteries, a charger, a carrying bag with straps, camouflage for summer and winter, and miscellanea. If needed, the configuration can be customized according to the customer's preferences.
