Operators of Ukraine’s National Guard Special Forces unit Omega have spotted a rather unconventional addition to russia’s electronic warfare (EW) arsenal: donkeys in combat helmets, now humorously dubbed mobile EW stations

According to Ukrainian defenders, the enemy’s latest "innovation" has been jokingly designated as:

Object: Ishak-3000 (ishak meaning donkey – ed.) GRU Index: "Donkey-Plus Mobile EW Station." Status: On combat duty.

The makeshift system reportedly includes:

  • Three "What-the-Hell-Is-This" class air defense antennas
  • A vintage BKR-1 helmet from the 1970s (which doesn’t actually fit)
  • A "Grass Intake" module enabling indefinite self-sustenance without recharging
  • The "I’ll Walk There Myself" mobility suite (no wheels needed)
  • Enhanced stealth thanks to natural scent masking

Reported capabilities:

  • Intercepting signals from nearby goats
  • Demoralizing Ukrainian drones through sheer absurdity
  • Sending enemy personnel into a state of tactical confusion

"Recommendation: Deploy immediately to Syria, Africa, or even the Moon. Outperforms 80% of mobilized russian troops," Ukrainian operators quipped.
