Real Hero From Ukraine Who Eliminated Six russian Armored Vehicles per Day

Oleksandr, a Javelin and NLAW operator from Ukraine’s 128th Mountain Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed six Russian armored vehicles in just one day – Thursday, March 3

"In February, I took NLAW anti-tank system operator course and received a certificate. And two days before the full-scale war, I started Javelin training. I've used Javelin nine times during the war. I destroyed eight targets and damaged one. Those were three tanks, five armored personnel vehicles, and one multi-purpose light-armored towing vehicle. I destroyed six of these targets in one day – March 3," the serviceman said, the 128th Separate Mountain Zakarpattia Brigade posted on Facebook.

Foreign anti-tank systems are convenient and easy to use, he noted. It takes a maximum of one and a half minutes from unpacking Javelin to the first shot, because the cooler has to work. And after the first and subsequent shots, you just remove the launcher, throw out the tube (it is disposable) and adjust the launch to another. It takes a maximum of 30 seconds. Here is a large and powerful video camera, through which you can watch the enemy for a long time, not just aim.

"It would be very difficult for us to contain the enemy without Western anti-tank weapons. After all, Russians have a lot of equipment and they spared neither hardware, nor personnel at the beginning of the war. And now the situation is completely different. The enemy knows we have Javelins and NLAWs, they fear them like plague, and this fear paralyzes them and undermines their morale," the soldier added.

Oleksandr's wife and 3-year-old son are waiting for him at home. The son already speaks and understands a lot. He says on the phone: "Dad, come home to sleep, you're already tired."

The soldier promises that he will definitely return home.

Defense Express reported earlier about Anatoly, the operator of Javelin ATGM from 128th Separate Mountain Zakarpattia Brigade who managed to destroy three russian armored vehicles in a matter of minutes.
