Russian occupation forces have been changing in numbers and combat capabilities lately, says the latest report by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainian Army's headquarters inform that russians have deployed an additional battalion tactical group out of the 138th guards separate motor rifle brigade stationed at the Western military district.
In addition to that, russians deployed their operative reserve battalion tactical group from the rear Kupyansk city to the frontline Pervomaisk, Ukraine. Some units of the 8th guards combined arms army of Southern military district have also replenished russian offensive formations near Komyshuvakha and Popasna.

Russian military authorities try to encourage more people to join the invasion units with promises of good salaries and short-term contracts. At the same time, they transfer medics from all around the country to the bordering Belgorod, where they would take care of wounded soldiers. According to the General Staff, this fact indicates that russian medical care system can't handle the significant losses in its army.
Ukrainian command also reports increased use of electronic warfare systems in the northern Severia operational direction to thwart communication between Ukrainian units, and also in the southern Zaporizhzhia region. In the city of Melitopol, russian occupiers deployed an EW system in order to halt Ukrainian reconnaissance.
While the name of the spotted EW system is not specified, we can assume that something like a "Torn-MDM" signal detection system, or an R-330Zh "Zhitel" jammer to take down Ukrainian drones. The location of Melitopol is almost accurately 70 km from the frontline in the Zaporizhzhia direction where the main focus is on binding Ukrainian forces and preventing them from counter-offensive.
