Also, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced in the direction of Lysychansk — Siversk.

"I want to thank today the soldiers of the 63rd battalion of the 103rd territorial defense brigade, who ensured the result in Donetsk Oblast. The settlement is liberated.
The 54th brigade in the direction of Lysychansk-Siversk also made good strides and took certain heights.
I would also like to mention the 42nd separate motorized infantry battalion. Thanks to their heroic actions, two settlements in the south of our country were liberated," said Volodymyr Zelenskyi.
The President of Ukraine didn’t name the Ukrainian settlements liberated from the russian invaders.
The spokesperson of the Operational Command "South" reported that on September 4, 2022, the Ukrainian military destroyed more than 100 invaders, 6 tanks, 9 howitzers and a drone in the south.
Missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to perform intensive fire missions. Pontoon crossings through the Dnipro and Ingulets are under close fire control.
"The results of the day include the following enemy losses: 104 russians, 6 tanks, 26 units of other armored and automotive equipment, 9 Msta-S self-propelled guns and Msta-B howitzers, as well as the Eleron-10 UAV" — the Operational Command "South" reports.
Ukrainian forces also destroyed an enemy ammunition depot, a pontoon crossing, damaged a control post and two control and observation points of the enemy's battalion tactical groups.
