The Armed Forces of Ukraine received six M109 self-propelled howitzers from Latvia

Latvia howitzers are already used by the Ukrainian military at the front. This was announced by Defense Minister Aleksey Reznikov on Twitter.

"Another six M109 howitzers, which recently arrived in Ukraine from Latvia, are already showing results on the battlefield. I am sincerely grateful to my Latvian colleague and the people of Latvia for their unwavering support. Together we will win!" Reznikov wrote on Twitter.

The day before, it became known that Latvia also sent four helicopters to Ukraine: two Mi-17 and two Mi-2.
